Malt Whiskey
1/2 oz
Lemon Juice
1/4 oz
Rich Simple Syrup
4 oz
Grapefruit Soda
Instructions
Step 1
Add ingredients except for grapefruit soda to a shaker tin with ice.
Step 2
Shake until chilled and diluted.
Step 3
Double strain into a collins or highball glass with ice.
Step 4
Top with grapefruit soda.
Step 5
Garnish with a grapefruit half moon or peel.
