Ingredients

Double Oaked
0.5 ounce
Ferrand Dry Curacao
0.25 ounce
Fernet Branca
0.5 ounce
Blood Orange Juice
0.25 ounce
Lemon Juice
0.25 ounce
Simple Syrup
1
Egg White
Fill remainder of glass
Club Soda
Instructions
Step 1
Shake all ingredients, except for club soda.
Step 2
Strain into a chilled fizz glass.
Step 3
Top with soda until egg white reaches top of glass.
Step 4
Garnish with a dehydrated blood orange wheel.
