1/4 oz.

Simple Syrup

2 Dashes

Peychaud’s® Bitters

Instructions

Step 1

Add bourbon, simple syrup and bitters to mixing glass with ice and stir.

Step 2

Strain into absinthe-rinsed tumbler, express lemon peel and discard.
