2 oz

Straight Bourbon Whiskey

1/4 oz

Rich Simple Syrup

6 dashes

Peychaud’s® Bitters

2 dashes

Angostura® Bitters

Instructions

Step 1

Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.

Step 2

Stir until chilled and diluted.

Step 3

Strain into a chilled rocks glass rinsed with absinthe.

Step 4

Garnish with a lemon peel.
