Light Brown Sugar Simple Syrup

2 Dashes

Chocolate Bitters

Chocolate Syrup & Crushed Graham Cracker Rim

Instructions

Step 1

Start by making the Light Brown Sugar Simple Syrup. You will need one cup of light brown sugar, one cup of water, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Add the brown sugar and water to a saucepan and cook over medium-heat until sugar dissolves and it begins to simmer. Remove from heat and add the vanilla extract.

Step 2

For added flavor, dip the rim of a rocks glass in chocolate syrup and crushed graham cracker.

Step 3

Once the brown sugar simple syrup has cooled, add a large ice cube to a rocks glass and top it with 1.5 oz of Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Bourbon.

Step 4

Add 1 oz of the Brown Sugar Simple Syrup and two dashes of Chocolate Bitters, then stir and enjoy!
