Instructions
Step 1
Five Gaited Bitters Blend - 1 part Bitterman's Burlesque Bitters, 1 part Scrappy's Chocolate Bitters. Combine equal parts of each bitters into a precision dasher bottle, and set aside until use.
Step 2
Saddlebred Manhattan - Add ingredients to a shaker tin with ice. Shake vigorously until chilled and diluted. Strain into a 5.5 oz Nick & Nora with 1 in. Kold Draft ice or Hoshizaki crescent ice. Garnish with Lemon Peel.
