We stand with the Black community and pledge to do our part to help end injustice and discrimination. Along with our parent company, Brown-Forman, we have committed to accelerate our support of Black employees, partners, consumers and communities and work together to achieve justice and equality.
We hold ourselves accountable. In addition to corporate initiatives, we will increase Black representation in three key areas:
- The people and companies with whom we partner
- The programs and initiatives we support
- The places in which we do business.
